I can’t recommend working with Amber enough! My husband and I had an exceptional experience working with her from out of town as we were looking to purchase a home in PG. She helped us find the perfect home for our needs, and went above and beyond during and even after the closing process. Amber is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, accessible, accommodating and well connected with other tradespeople you may need to work with (ex. Contractors, electricians, etc). The first time we met with her we were with our little ones, and she was so understanding about meeting us at a park while we were visiting from out of town (and needed our kids to be distracted long enough to talk with her!). Then when our house came on the market, she offered to do a FaceTime call so we could initially see the house, and then met with both my husband and me separately when we came to see it in person as we weren’t able to go at the same time. She was so accommodating which made the whole process easier on us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive during the offer (and counter offer) process, as well as throughout the complex inspection / contingency process. We got the house we wanted below the offer price. Amber knows the area better than anyone and is incredibly well connected within the community. Even after closing, she’s helped connect us with a variety of tradespeople, getting bids, setting up a contractor lock box, etc. Her husband even came to our house to fix up a few things. Everyone she refers us to is as nice and reasonable as she is! She is the sweetest and we could not be happier with our experience working with her! I’d highly recommend her to anyone!
Amber is awesome! You just can’t find a better agent in the area. She’s an absolute delight to work with as she’s incredibly responsive day and night, gracious and accommodating whenever you have a question or request, and she walks you through the whole buying process expertly. She coached us perfectly to ensure we had a compelling offer such that we got the first house we wanted! Amber is also completely honest and factual, and she doesn’t pull punches and just say what you want to hear. She’s also so calm, even keeled, and reassuring, which was sure helpful as her steadying influence helped get us through some anxious moments that arose. She also knows everything about Pacific Grove, Carmel and Monterey extremely well. Plus she has an awesome network of painters, architects, draftsmen, builders, plumbers and the like that she happily introduces you to – she even chased down a painter I’d left a message with when she saw him at Home Depot and set up an appointment with him on the spot! We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Amber and can’t recommend her more highly – we would give her six stars out of five if we could!
