We worked long distance - from Hawaii to Colorado - for over a year and a half, telecommunicating via internet. We never met face-to-face for the entire time; she never questioned whether I would actually use her to represent me when it came time to purchase a home - I signed no obligatory contract. Yet she never gave up searching, doing video-walk-throughs in real time, pointing out both good and bad aspects of every home. When we finally moved to Denver, we purchased a home within a month, despite Covid restrictions, as she knew exactly what to show us. She also paid for a couple professional cleaning bills that she really wasn't obligated to do. Very personable. Very tenacious. Highly recommend.
