My husband and I purchased a home in Suffield very unexpectedly. We were not actively looking but happened upon this home very close to our Grandchildren and children, we currently live 4 hours away. We saw the home with Apryl and Josh who were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. We bought the house the next day and closed in 7 days. We have purchased numerous homes and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience and that’s because of Apryl’s excellent communication and her willingness to help. Even after the sale Apryl and Josh continue to be extremely helpful. They are 100% the best and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
