Good experience, not a headache

We were new to the area, so we needed a lot of help. Liz Thiemann was our agent. She listened to our desires and took the time to point us in the right direction and provided us with lots of information at every house we looked at. She was determined we would not pick something that was not right in the long run. She also introduced us to builders in case we decided to go that option. Can't say enough about her and her patience with us! Thank you, Liz!

Liz Thiemann did an AWESOME job listing, and selling our home. Especially considering we now live in Topeka Ks and my wife is incapacitated. She kept me current on all fronts. Made sure all paperwork was completed on my end as well as hers. It was a tough process with extra legal matters thrown in just to muddy up the waters. The whole Pritchett group is FANTASTIC!
