April was a gracious host at the open house and answered all of our questions even though a few of them required her to reach back to the seller for the details - which I greatly appreciated. She prepared the rather unique terms of our specific offer accurately on the purchase agreement and also offered suggestions to ensure that we did not inadvertently over pay based on the intent of our offer. April communicated regularly and was extremely attentive throughout the process. I am glad to have met her and to have had her represent our interests in the transaction.

April is an incredible realtor. House hunting is all about being flexibility and discovering what your needs as a homeowner are. April's was incredible at both aspects. She always made herself available for us, rain or shine, day or night. She could have been half as flexible and still would have exceeded my expectations. She was also incredibly patient and informative. As first time home buyers, we did not yet know what we wanted out of a house. April made discovering those needs easy! She found a wide range of homes within our area and treated each house tour as a learning experience. She would point out the good and bad that came with every home to set our expectations to a realistic level (but still managed to find us a house that exceed these expectations!) and give us the information we needed to become informed homeowners.
