April helped us purchasing our first house! She is extremely nice, patient and helpful. She has everything that you can ever ask for as an agent. We saw a decent amount of places and eventually got a perfect home. This will not happen if not for her broad network and excellent communication skills! April is also very professional! She is available all the time and was never late for any appointments. Our first meeting with her was on a very short notice and yet she was there and all prepared. April is a fantastic Realtor. She pleasure to work with, available almost all the time, even on very short notice. She is very knowledgeable of the processes. Moreover, most importantly, the customer's interest is paramount for her. An example: She discouraged me from bidding too high, because she did not think the house is worth that much. She could have easily stay silent or tell me to give even higher offer, which would make her job much quicker , easier and she would get higher reward. But she did not, she told me that the house is not worth that much, which I found amazing.
