We bought a lot through April Tsotsos a few years ago. The process was seamless, even though we were not local to the property. Fast forward to 2023, we considered selling the lot. April had the good sense to stay in touch so it was fairly easy to find her when the time came. She took the lot to the marketplace and returned with an offer that ultimately resulted in a successful sale. We own another lot being retained at this time, but April will be our go-to agent in SW Florida!

I had the opportunity to purchase a lot where April was representing both sides.
