April was the best agent we could have ever asked for. She is well versed in the world of realty and held our hand through the entire process. We were on a time crunch and she went to bat for us as soon as we found exactly what we were looking for. She was very honest with us about what to expect while also staying positive about the outcome we were hoping for. She was at every showing at our home and took the time to learn about it so that she could provide exceptional communication with the interested party and their realtor. We commented multiple times throughout the process how much we appreciated her and that we would confidently refer her to anyone and everyone in the future. We know for an absolute fact that we wouldn't be in our new home without having had April in our corner and we're so thankful for her hard work, communication, consistency, honesty, professionalism, and overall composure during our search, our offers, and our closing.
