As first-time home buyers and relatively new residents of Baltimore City, we knew we needed a realtor who was extremely knowledgeable and willing to walk step by step with us through the entire process. April proved her reliability and expertise throughout - searching through 15+ houses with us, negotiating our offer, and keeping us organized and aware through all of the paperwork. The title company even commented that our sale was the first in quite some time that stayed perfectly on schedule.
