April has always gone above and beyond for us in all 3 of the real estate transactions that we have been through with her. As long as we are in her area we will always use her as our realtor. I have given her name out to many friends as the realtor to call if they ever need one. She always goes above and beyond, she is always transparent, looks out for her clients interest and definitely knows the markets and what is needed to get to the end goal for her clients.
