April is friendly & personable. We were nervous about selling since we had never done it. She helped us navigate the entire process, from prepping to sell to the closing of both houses sold & bought. April was knowledgeable about the area & the market. We expected to do lots of work to the house prior to selling but April advised we should just get the house on the market ASAP. This paid off as our house sold quickly; around 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend April to my friends & family and I would rely on her again if the need arises.
April was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Most importantly she is very genuine. When there were homes we wanted to look at, she was very quick in getting us access to them. She was very sincere and completely "non-salesy". She's the kind of person you'd feel comfortable watching your kids after you've only met her a few times. We felt like she was more of a friend than a real estate agent.
