If I could leave 10 stars I would. April has now represented us as both the buyer and the seller. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market. She is beyond trustworthy and a fierce negotiator. She has your best interest at heart and listens to her clients. With her assistance we sold for above market value. She isn’t afraid to work both sides of the deal if the other agent isn’t pulling their weight. When our buyers missed every single deadline she also managed to get us fair compensation to make up for the late closing and frustration.
