April took the time to make sure he understood everything, she was never in a hurry, and was very compassionate with his feelings. April helped my daughter buy her first house and my daughter loved her. April made the whole process easy, she was always available to answer questions and explained EVERYTHING so you knew what was going on. If I didn't live in Texas and wanted to buy a house in Ohio she would be the agent I would definitely use again."
