April is professional, dedicated, meticulous, knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy, and all around the best agent I’ve ever worked with. My family and I were moving from out of state and we needed someone who was reliable and could communicate with us even with our odd schedules. April saw many houses for us. She knew exactly what to look for and easily pointed out red flags for us. She would send us pictures and videos to make sure all of our questions were answered, even from states away. April did a fantastic job given the fact that the market was generally quite unfavorable to buyers at the time and the fact that I was using a VA loan which buyers were more reticent to accept. She showed a great deal of patience and persistence as it seemed that the home search would continue on indefinitely and ultimately helped me finally find and close on my first home.
