April took the time to know exactly what we were looking for in a home and was available at all times to talk and to see homes when possible. She was a great negotiator and got us the most for what was in our price range. We couldn’t have gotten our beautiful home without her! She’s not only a great realtor, but a great person as well who was awesome to work with!

Our house was sold within hours of listing, and April communicated with us regularly to make sure there was nothing that would delay the process. On the buying side, April did a great job of understanding our specific needs in the house search and never wasted our time with a house that didn't line up with our goals.
