A Pro who cares!

From the moment I reached out to April about her listing she was generous with her time and wisdom. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase. We looked at several places and she was always on top of the market comps and able to negotiate well on my behalf. I've worked with other agents who seemed bothered to do the slightest due diligence but April was extremely helpful through the entire process from contract, inspection, to closing, even afterward when I needed information from the seller post-closing. I had a lot of competition in my price range but was able to get the place I loved because April was so easy to reach and take action. I highly recommend working with her!
