April Johnson

April is definitely A1! She is a true Angel. She is all in until she has completed the closing with you. She is more than a life SAVER. She is a life GIVER! She will help transform your life with being a Home provider. Thanks for all the work you put in with us. Thanks from Greg and Mellissa Van Dyke!!!!

April was great to work with throughout the entire process. She was very friendly, personable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She was always responsive and available when I had questions or needed assistance, and I especially appreciated how proactive she was about pursuing information and getting the answers we needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. Her communication and willingness to stay on top of things made the entire process much easier and less stressful. She was professional while still being very approachable and easy to work with. I had a great experience with April and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive, helpful, and dedicated real estate agent.

My husband and I closed on our dream house today after trying for 5+ years with other realtors and it's all due to Mrs. April. She was more than amazing at her job. When we were getting the run around from manufactured companies and other lenders she stepped in and provided a solution. We were about to throw in the towel and Mrs. April stated to hold on and trust her and I'm glad we did. She got us connect with a lender that fit us just perfect! She was on her game when it came down to knowing what to do, how to move, providing the documents we needed, and all updates. When there was an obstacle in the way she handled it with grace, positivity, and confidence. We would not have made it this far and into our dream home without Ms. April. She even went out the way and gave us a big welcome home basket for our new home. If other lenders giving you a hard time, you keep getting the runaround, and/or you have been trying your best to get your own home I HIGH RECOMMEND you contact Ms. April. You will not regret it. Again, thanks Mrs. April for everything. -The Phillips Family

She was very helpful in locating homes for my wife and I to view. Never once showing a lack of interest. Also, when it came time to purchase, she was there willing to help any way she could! I highly recommend her….

When I wasn't able to she toured the properties for me. Kept me on video for the tours. No matter the property....

We started our search for a home a year or maybe a little longer ago. We looked at so many homes and our work schedules made booking touring times limited. April was very gracious and accommodating throughout each one. She was very patient with us, especially me, because I was very torn between buying a house and staying where we were. I was easily overwhelmed with the process and got stressed a lot. She was absolutely amazing in giving us time and space to make decisions. She took a lot of time to explain the process to us step by step and re-explain once we found our house. If anyone is looking for a realtor to help you find your next home, do yourself a favor and reach out to April Johnson! You won’t be disappointed! She absolutely puts her clients first!!
