House hunting from out of town is a daunting task. I was impressed by how April listened to what we wanted in a house and took the time to get to know us. She really payed attention during our countless property viewings to preferences that we had not specifically communicated to her. Her contact with us was amazing. She answered every question and concern we had from the time we submitted a contract to our closing. April exceeded all our expectations. We trusted her guidance and expertise. When working with April we never felt pressured or that she was in any kind of rush. When I started to think that finding the perfect house in our price range was never going to happen, April went back over the list again and made some recommendations that we had not originally considered. One of those recommendations turned out to be the perfect house for us. We give April ALL the credit for finding this house for us!!!
