This was the first house we have put up for sale. We had no idea there was so many things involved. We was a little overwhelmed at first but after Meeting April everything got put into perspective. She is very good at explaining everything to us and left us confident in her ability to sell our house in a timely manner. She did not disappoint us, she keeps you informed on everything and always answered any questions we had as soon as possible. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
