April went Above and Beyond

April went over and beyond what my husband and I can expect from an real estate agent. We met some agents before April when we started looking for house and decided to choose April as our agent. We were worried about getting real estate agent in the beginning due to hidden fee and sometimes buyers feel pushed to get a house. But April was the exception. Not only she understood our concern without us saying it, she took her time to send us different houses listing until she got the idea of what do we wanted in the house. During almost 3 years working with her to find our happy home, April was always responsive, very details and knowledgeable on housing, but above all, she is very caring and really put her passion in finding a house for us. We looked for house for almost 3 years due to Covid and high interest rate but April always cheered us up and was consistent until we found our house. We really appreciate her work ethics and her professionalism. April is very dedicated to her work. We learn a lot about housing and taking care of the house through her. When it comes to the houses we liked as a potential home, April always thoroughly looked through them, and even discussed with us on issues and way to fix them. She is always quick to get us the appointment (regardless of how crazy houses went off the market). April really made our house searching journey more pleasant and easier.We definitely love April for what she does for us, her personality and her dedication not only for the real estate market but also for her kindness in making great connection with her clients (us). I highly recommend April for anybody who wants to have person you can trust to help finding your dream home. It was a pleasure working with April.
