April’s the best at what she does. She knew what needed to be done 10 steps ahead of time and did them. She viewed and videoed several homes when I couldn’t be there, listing info requests and there were several, were given almost immediately. Her knowledge and professionalism with surrounding businesses services is vast. Due to this I was able to have a quick closing. Every question was returned answered and then some, almost immediately.
