Having worked for April for a short time 20 years ago and seeing how she gave her clients honest answers, even if the news was something they didn't necessarily want to hear, at that precise time, I knew she was looking out for her clients best interests and not for her ability to earn a commission. That is why, even after having not been in contact with each other for so many years, when it came time to consider listing our house, April was the first call I made. The only call I made. April came to our house fully prepared with market reports, Real estate trends etc. She answered all our questions advised us of what we should and should not do to get our house market ready. When we were finally ready to put the house on the market, she confirmed our listing price strategy, she calmed some of my nervous worries and gave us an approximate time line of how things should/could go. She was dead on right our home sold in 5 days. April made the selling of our home of 20 years a very positive experience. We will highly recommend her to anyone and everyone wanting or needing a real estate agent in her location. I only wish we could take her with us when we purchase our next home. The only reason I rated her as about what I expected is because I was fortunate enough to know, in advance, that we were hiring someone with integrity.
