"As first time home buyers we contacted April Greer because we saw the Greer Team flyer that was delivered to my parents house which advertised their experience with working with first time home buyers and FHA loans. We felt comfortable with April from the first contact. She was able to answer all of our immediate questions and get us in contact with a lender for pre-approval.
