My wife and I were looking to buy house through divvy. Not only was April pro-active in finding us possible homes every viewing we went to she would point out things to look for in a home and how to tell if the house had been properly maintained. About mid way through our journey April got severely ill, but continued to keep in contact with us and made sure we had a good agent to help us view houses in her absence. When we finally found our home (and she had recovered sufficiently) she orchestrated a quick and easy closing, working with us, divvy, and the seller to help us get a great deal on a house we love.
