April was so patient with us. Moving from NJ to CA with 3 kids during COVID pandemic was not an easy decision. She listened to our needs and helped us focus our attention to important details to refine our search. We were picky in what we wanted but she opened our eyes to different pros/cons to certain areas that made the search easier. She worked tirelessly into the weee hours getting offers submitted and spent as much time with us as needed and didn’t get discouraged when we wanted to see more. She was positive, aggressive and knowledgeable of local area and even recommended a few services for us to use to help get settled in.
