April Clark

April was an excellent help for us with this purchase. she did an outstanding job of staying on top and moving the negotiating process along. There were times when the other realtor would be delayed in responded to us and April would be persistent and get us answers asap! She is also a very good communicator and was in touch with us through every step and would explain things to us so that we understood completely. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

April, was an awesome realtor. She was quick to respond to any questions and very informative. Always worked with our schedule for home viewings. Definitely made our first time experience as a home buyer an enjoyable one!!

We were lucky enough to get April Clark when we called to check on a house. Having no knowledge of the area (we are from West Texas), April was very helpful in showing us houses in desired neighborhoods. Mere words cannot express the helpful qualities found in April Clark. She would return my calls (if I had to rarely leave a message) very quickly and had all the patience in the world with some of the questions I would have. Not being able to come to this area very often, she was very accommodating to my grandson in showing the houses I wanted to see to via telephone walk-troughs, whether in the evening or on weekends. We highly recommend her, and her knowledge of the process for finding our home !! And staying with us for walk throughs and her eye for noticing and pointing out things that we we didn't catch( both good things and bad things) and she was with us when we closed on the new house all the way through.
