We sort of stumbled upon April. She was showing a house we found on HAR. We are first time home buyers so we had no idea what we were doing. April made us feel really comfortable and guided us through the entire process. She was very thorough and thoughtful in everything she did. She’s an absolute bad ass! She went above and beyond whenever she could. April is not afraid to speak up and speak her mind. I appreciate this. Especially when dealing with builders. We all love April including my 3 year old daughter. We would have gone crazy without her during the entire process. She gave us so much helpful advice and honest opinions. We need more people like her. Will use her again when we decide to sell and move.

April Blalock is fantastic realtor! She made sure to put me as her top priority in her life at the time to get me into my dream home! She worked so very hard on everything that needed to be done and made sure to help me understand eveything! She makes her clients feel like a friend or family that she has known forever! She is very determined to help get you into your home! If there was a way to give her 10 starts I absolutely would!

My husband and I were looking for ur perfect "first home" to buy in the Cypress area as we got married in April and were ready for the next step. We had very specific requests, many questions and overall felt we could have been "the annoying" clients. Yet, April Blalock went above and beyond to find us options in our criteria, helped me with each and every question along the way and ultimately was our savior in finding our perfect home. We had issues with closing, as we were set to close during Hurricane Harvey. April fought for us to make sure given a few day setback due to flooding in the area, we got taken care of and moved in. We will not use anyone but April in the future!

April was professional but approachable. She was very informative and made sure that I understood every step of the process. She worked very hard to make sure I got the most for my house and really cared about my opinions.
