Selling remotely after moving back out of state, April went the extra mile to handle the loose ends that invariably come up with a home selling, particularly after the inspection report. I cannot recommend April enough and having used here on now several deals, I encourage anyone that needs a professional to call her up and use her services....
Couldn’t be happier with April and everything she did for us. She went above and beyond in every way. We were overseas throughout the majority of the process, and she was still able to help us find our dream home. Being overseas we were unable to see homes in person, and April was willing to accommodate us to make sure we never missed out on a home. If we ever buy a home in Las Vegas again, we would use April agin.

You were open to what we wanted, and it was easier to search for houses as you filtered our specifications designed just for us on your website. Since we were out of state buyers, and in a Pandemic year, we loved that you took the time to Face-time to view houses, allowing us to view them since we were remote. When we came to Henderson on our many visits, you gave us your utmost attention from the time we arrived til the time we left. Once we found the home we wanted to call our own, you did not hesitate to formulate all the required paperwork that was required. When we had questions regarding any of the items, you replied immediately. If there was a question that you did not have the immediate answer to, you quickly used your resources to get a definite answer that was clear and concise.
