April did a great job selling my parents rental property while they were living in a different state. She took the reins on managing the listing from a local perspective - she picked up the keys from the rental management company so she could list it, made sure it was clean and ready for listing media, and kept eyes on it during the sale process. All of her listing media (photos and videos) were A+ quality. We knew it might take a while for the property to sell but April did a great job hosting open house and promoting the listing. I was relieved when we went under contract pretty quickly after her recommended price reduction based on other comparable listings.
