Just want to send a huge thank you out to April Beard and Vicki Dysert for their help in selling my house recently in Hemet, CA. They came in prepared, gave us what we needed to repair to make the property more sellable, gave us directions on how best to stage to make it more attractive to buyers knew exactly what price point we should list the house at, set up multiple viewings and within one week of officially listing the house, we had multiple offers to choose from. We were able to get 30K over asking, which was even more than I had hoped for, and their help didn't end there. They worked closely with the buyers agent, prodding them along when necessary, and the escrow company to ensure every t was crossed and every i was dotted. I cannot express enough how much of an impact they made making this such a smooth transition during a very stressful time. Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart!!
