Preparing her own detailed bid comparison documents, these were very helpful later in the sales process to quickly reaccess buyers, discuss the detail and reach decisions in short order. Priceless. Always good to have a second set of eyes looking at the property, April recommended and then proceeded to make them happen on her own. It was appreciated. April additionally took the time to manage timing and coordination of handymen and buyer requests. Most Real Estate personnel wouldn't do these activities leaving them to the seller Then there is the current real estate market, pricing and legal documents to be considered.
