April and Larry were wonderful to work with. My husband and I were a first time home buyer and they were always patient to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were relocating from the Bay Area and when closing became delayed, they went out of their way voluntarily to drive the 4+ hours total commute to pick up the closing document to ensure they were handed off to the title company on time. We are truly grateful for this act as it helped us move into our home on time.

April is great! My husband and I were purchasing our first home 100 miles away from our hometown, in an area we weren’t familiar with. The odds were stacked against us. But, April, Larry and her self professed ‘over sharing’ made our first time buying experience a breeze! She walked us through every step of the buying process up front. I reached out to April and received an immediate and warm response. She was very clear on getting the information she needed from me in order to start my search for a home. At the time, as an out of the area resident (moving from the bay area to Sacramento) I was stretched for time and worried I wouldn't be able to make frequent trips to the Sacramento area to look at homes. Knowing this struggle, her and her team went forward and started video touring the homes and would send me the final product. It was much needed and extremely appreciated process that eventually lead me to buying my first home. Within a matter of weeks she helped find me a home, sent video tours, provided in person tours and helped me apply my VA loan. A process that isn't easily used and requires real expertise from a professional and Air Force Veteran such as April. April is a savior and a caring individual that I will not forget for the rest of my life!
