April was fantastic from start to finish. She orchestrated a showing within 24 hours of a request for my first look then coordinated other visits for contractors and to relook the house. She successfully negotiated for the owner to make critical repairs to the house at their expense. April communicated very well through the entire process and provided an extremely smooth process of the purchase. She was willing to do whatever it took to manage a smooth sale. I highly recommend her!
