With extensive hands-on experience across hundreds of transactions, Anya is involved in every file—often before a property ever reaches the market. She oversees listing preparation and MLS input, manages all team marketing and online presence, coordinates photography and property presentation, and maintains the team’s client database and communications. Her attention to detail ensures consistency, compliance, and a polished professional image across all platforms.
Anya also specializes in distressed property transactions and holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification. She manages the full lifecycle of REO properties, including occupant transitions, property preservation, repairs, vendor coordination, and final listing. Her ability to navigate complex timelines and asset-management requirements brings significant value to both sellers and institutional clients.
