We wanted a very specific new construction home that had a waiting list, and Antonio made it happen! He was the first to see when the house became available, and he immediately reached out to the builder's representative to get the ball rolling for us. (It was great to hear him call us out of the blue to say "your house is available!") He attended every meeting with all related parties (builder, inspector, etc) to ensure our interests were protected, he answered all of our questions about the contract, he liaised frequently with the builder's representative on our behalf, and he was in constant communication with us about what to expect next. He made the experience extra-special by surprising us with drone photos of our neighborhood and home, photos from closing, and a very thoughtful closing gift. I've worked with several agents over the years, and Antonio made this, hands down, the easiest homebuying experience we've ever had. I take referrals to my friends and family very seriously, and I did not hesitate to share his information with my parents. I know they will be taken care of throughout the process in the same way, and I'm sure you will be too when you give him a call!
