Selling my home of 20 yrs, and doing so with my ex, was both a challenging and emotional experience. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent to help guide me through the process. Mr Goodman knows the ends and out of what has to be done on time. He dealt with the title insurance on my behalf... All I had to do is just show up for closing.
