This review is long overdue. We worked with Antonio in selling our home in the summer of 2024. It was a wonderful experience right from the initial home evaluation to the closing sale. We felt very comfortable with his assessment of our (then) home and the listing price proposed by Antonio. He gave valuable advice in order to get it ready to be listed. All along, we could tell that he was truly representing our interests as he steered off some parties who were trying to low-ball us, even though the house had barely been on the market for a week. He only brought the offers from strong and genuinely interested buyers to the table and guided us in making the best decision on the offer to accept. During the contract period again, he offered valuable guidance while his assertive approach helped us avoid potential hassles related to minor issues that came up on the inspection.
