On April 2021 me and my wife had saved enough money fo a down-payment on our first house to raise our kids, we were a bit nervous to jump into the market after hearing how competitive the market was and taking a long time to buy or not buy at all due to bidding wars. I called Antonio cause he is well known for his experience and knowledge on home real estate. After talking to him and explaining to him what we where looking for and how much we wanted to pay he put us at ease and answered all our questions and told us what to expect and how we should move towards our goal. He put together a list of homes for us to go view. We like the house that we live in now and told Antonio to write an offer, Antonio right away got to work by contacting the listing agent and strategically writing an offer to save us money and keeping sellers intrested in our offer. He informed us of what was going on every step of the way he showed his professionalism and his experience and I was glad he was working for us to get the deal done. Hands down he is the best agent out there. We closed on May 20,2021 it took us 2 months to get our home! Me and my family are very Happy with our pool home! Thanks to Antonio!
