Since I have Parkinson’s Disease and had moved into a long-term care facility, I could not do many of the tasks needed to sell my condo. Toni took care of many of these necessary items. She arranged for my condo to be painted. She took items to goodwill. She met with condo officials to be sure that a leaky roof had been fixed and with a serviceman to solve a heating problem. Finally, she arranged for a closing that I did not have to attend in person. She always kept me very well informed about these and other issues. In the end, I received a fair price for my property and was very pleased with the outcome. I feel that my illness did not hamper the sale of my condo because of her outstanding dedication and professionalism.
