The process of buying a second home in a different state was nerve racking but she made it easier and reassuring that we did a fantastic purchase. Since we were also new to the city, she helped us tremendously with advising on areas to look for and areas to avoid. Antonella was perfect for the marketing and sale of our house. I have bought and sold many properties in several states and I can honestly say I have not had a better realtor in my corner. She marketed the property, had a sound plan for actively marketing the property instead of the usual 'sit back and wait for the buyers to come" attitude i have seen in the past. Another great thing she did was send me recaps and detailed progress reports on the property showings, open houses, etc. Again, not the usual for a sellers realtor. I highly recommend her.
