Our experience with Antonette with not an overall positive one. We told her our budget as first time home owners, she kept suggesting houses that were 50k above what we said (also with 11k taxes - no thanks!). Whenever we saw a house we liked with her, she would say “this isn’t the house for you”. Very off putting. I had to keep doing the work to find listings then send them to her. Supposed to be the other way around! The absolute WORST part about her, was when we did find a house we wanted to put an offer in for, she didn’t not hustle for us AT ALL. Every single time she said they won’t take less than full ask. NOT TRUE! It became very clear that she was all about the money and her commission. She is not about the buyer, she is about the seller. We caught her secretly talking with sellers when we were touring houses, shady! We make it a point to tell our experience with her to every person we know who’s in the market. Stay away! We went with a different realtor who was amazing and hustled for us! And guess what- we got our home for 15k less than the seller was asking for! Speaks volumes! Trust this review, and steer clear.
