Antoinette was my fiercest ally through the process of selling my mother's house. She helped me through every step and was always responsive so I never felt like I was alone during this stressful time. Her experience is apparent, and she checked in on me when I was moving to make sure I was all right. I'm glad I chose her as my agent/broker.

Anyone who’s been through the probate process knows there’s a lot coming at you, all at once, during a difficult time. Once those court papers are filed, the floodgates open and the barrage of phone calls, emails and letters begin. It’s a lot. As I began to sort through the solicitations and do my due diligence, Antionette and Doorway went right to the top. I was not disappointed. From the very start, she guided the process, patiently answered a lot (seriously a lot) of my questions and I felt always had the best interest of the estate in mind. I had heard that dealing with the reverse mortgage company could be a nightmare, she jumped in and handled it all for me. When hiring contracted services, I want someone that is proactive, accurate, communicative and honest. Antionette checks all those boxes. I can recommend her without hesitation.

Was appointed by the Orange County Superior Court as the Administrator of a probate estate, and needed to sell a condo in a development that was notorious for being, let's say, "fussy." Antoinette worked hard to give the listing maximum exposure, both online and via an open house. We received multiple offers and sold for a fair price. Closing escrow was a challenge because of the HOA and some deferred maintenance. But Antoinette got it done.

Antoinette was at all times working to get the property closed. Her knowledge of probate sales was invaluable. There is no way a regular person can be prepared for what happens with probate in California. Antoinette has the experience to confront all of the issues that can be had during a very difficult process. Without her expertise, I am more than certain this process would have been a disaster. I am far more educated today about probate and real-estate in California, than I was before I became an Administrator of an Estate. To whomever may read this, there is no other realtor in California I would recommend or use other than Antoinette Mendoza.

Having to navigate multiple properties in multiple states would be a nightmare if it wasn’t for Antoinette. She coordinated between me, probate attorney, eviction attorney, appraisers, and the courts. Her expertise and experience is at the very top of her profession.

Goes without saying that I was bombarded with marketing material from realtors specializing in out-of-state probate matters and somehow I got this one right. Antionette is awesome. The Doorway went above and beyond, exceeded all expectations, took on the the challenges of fully handling the probate sale, but most importantly was patient with this most stubborn and at times not easy to work with guy. Highly recommended for anyone going through something similar in the OC area.
