The first day I met Antoinette, a flight delay along with rental car issues put me three hours behind schedule. I was sure the days viewing appointments had been lost. After all the hustling through the airport I was a bit ruffled around the edges. Antoinette’s easygoing no pressure demeanor made it easy for me to regroup. We met later that afternoon and were on the move until the sun went down enabling me to view / enter all the units scheduled for that day. Her extensive knowledge of the area was invaluable as Antoinette was informative regarding the nuances of each neighborhood. It was easy asking Antionette questions or asking to see properties I may have found online. She responded to texts and calls promptly. This first day set the tenor of my experience with Antionette searching for and eventually purchasing my condo. The loan processing / closing was not without drama where again Antoinette was of great help. She was the cooler head in the room when my loan processor mistakenly informed me the condo docs failed underwriter standards. She explained to me the issue should not have terminated the loan. Sure enough, loan processing called the next day, apologized and approved the loan. I strongly recommend choosing Antoinette Giles as your real estate broker.
