10/7/2021 - Micaela Boucher Sold our home in August 2021 in San Diego, North County, CA. When I had decided to sell my home it was a very tough emotional time as my husband had recently passed away. Had begun the search for an agent when a friend recommended Antoinette Embry. Upon meeting her she was kind and listened (even if it was not about the home sale). She was professional, respectful and understanding of the emotional difficulties I personally was experiencing. Very knowledgeable of the current market, made sound recommendation on "How best" to sell my home. Following her advice paid off. She guided me thru the entire process of selling even when one buyer backed out and we had to start the process over again. She stayed by my side helping me navigate the selling process. She was patient and very helpful in explaining seller responsibilities I did not understand. Walked me thru the termite, sewer, Home Inspections (to name a few). Thru all this Antoinette was consistently helpful. Was very happy with her work ethics and the results of the sale. Would work with Antoinette again and recommend her to anyone.
