It was such a pleasure to use Anthony as our realtor because we wanted to help his current career, he has been a family friend to us for several years now.Anthony made the process of purchasing a home seamless. He worked with our lender to get us pre approved so we would know what our budget a home would be. Anthony was extremely responsive every time a home became available on the market. Anthony took the initiative to do all the research to see if the home was available and checked to see if there were any offers being placed on the properties. It took us several months, we looked at numerous homes, placed several offers on different homes in these very competitive market against investors purchasing homes with cash, trying to purchase a home with the limited amount of homes available on the market and the rise of the interest rates and homes having multiple offers were finally able to find our dream home. After some negotiations with the seller and the fall back on trying to purchase another home. Anthony suggested working with the lenders and the sellers to see if we could switch the loan to the new property we found. Since we were in the transition of purchasing another home and already opened escrow. We all came to an agreement on the price and ended up purchasing a home which was finalized the end of May. Anthony’s experience and extensive knowledge of the real estate market, being a previous mortgage loan officer, knowingly his market area and the process of purchasing a home was a huge help. I would highly recommend Anthony to all my friends and family about purchasing a new home. Anthony was introduced to my by a colleague who has moved to the Las Vegas area. I bought my first home in this uncertain time and market but Anthony was really kind enough to walk me through and support me through out the whole process. Anthony went above and beyond as he went to see houses i desired to put an offer and he always made sure what are the good and negative things about each property. He is really knowledgeable and straight forward in terms of which areas to shop for. I have bought and/or sold three properties with Anthony as my agent. All three transactions were handled beyond my expectations. We’re happy we chose Tony as our realtor not just for helping us purchase our new home but also getting our rental beforehand. Tony has been our trusted advisor going on for a few months now. He helped us get a rental that fit our needs and went above and beyond in finding our new home. We were coming from out of state and Tony was our eyes and ears to give us a virtual tour and deal with anything locally. When we decided on the rental, Tony checked in on the property while we were still out of state and in transit. When we arrived in state, we were warmly welcomed along with sweets and an awesome arrangement of balloon bouquet, courtesy of his wife. Once we arrived, Tony was ready with home tours and referrals for different vendors and all sorts of stuff, including restaurant suggestions. He was pivotal in our journey towards our new home, always being responsive, courteous, and cool mannered.
As we were out of town buyers, this put a lot of pressure on Anthony. We came to Las Vegas for a few days with the intent of finding a house to buy. We gave Anthony our budget, some of our specific wants and the dates we were coming into town. During the planning of our trip to Vegas Anthony was hard at work. He sent us listings and asked for feedback. He regularly called for feedback - asking questions to help us narrow our search. Upon our quick trip into Las Vegas, Anthony was ready. He had a list of houses to look at over two days. Having arranged all appointments prior to our arrival allowed us to see a lot of houses seamlessly. He was masterful. After each house, he asked for feedback and changed the schedule on the fly to save time by eliminating or adding houses he felt would better meet our desires. We came close to purchasing one house - it seemed perfect, Negotiations with the seller were easy until they weren't. The seller started to get greedy - adding costs for items that should have been included in the asking price. Anthony caught on and identified the Seller as a businessman trying to hook us by paying more than asking. So, we pulled out. Then we found it. It met everyone of our requirements in our desired location. The home was not yet listed, but he heard about it (and no, his firm wasn't representing the buyer). As we walked through the house we/he pointed out things that should be fixed. Then came the inspector who did a thorough review of everything requiring attention. Antony put together a punch list, gave it to the seller's agent, & together arranged that EVERYTHING on the list be addressed. As we were now remote, using FaceTime he walked us thru the house - serving as our eyes. When we arrived in LV - he took us for a final walk through then off to the closing we went. He went way beyond what expectations. He was responsive, innovative in working with remote clients. Amazing. Oh, and extremely nice and patient. He is a winner!
