In this sellers’ market, it is very difficult to find a home and Anthony helped us locate and purchase one within our budget that was satisfied all our criteria: neighborhood, garage, and size. Substantial overbidding seems to be the norm and Anthony’s negotiations and advice saved us tens of thousands of dollars over what we anticipated needing to offer. I wish we would have had someone like him represent us on our first home purchase. In a transaction of this magnitude, experience matters. Anthony has worked in real estate for >15 years and knows the neighborhoods, pricing (purchase and rentals), and has good connections with other experienced and skilled individuals who support the home-buying process. I wish the agent on my first home purchase had connections with such experienced and detail-oriented inspectors. Throughout the process, Anthony was professional, very responsive, and accommodating to our schedules and schedule changes. We received the keys to the home 96 days (including the 30-day escrow) after we initially contacted Anthony to represent us as buyers. What can I say. Moving is stressful and the fact we had Anthony helping us made moving in and moving out a breeze.
