For example, when I was debating whether to stage the condo, he presented the pros (more appealing since potential buyers won’t just see empty rooms) and cons (additional cost to me). Ultimately, I decided to stage. After the inspection, the buyer asked for some work to be done to the unit, Anthony walked me through the list and pointed out the differences between repairs and upgrades. He had the repairs done the next day and we deferred the upgrades to the buyer. Thus saving me time and money.
