Last year, we communicated our buy-box to Anthony, and he took it upon himself to hunt and find add-value deals for our portfolio. He found this home, and with strong underwriting and market data, he presented this opportunity to us. He is not a realtor who sends you an automated email with homes, he personally underwrites the deal, analysis the market, and understands what numbers need to be in place for it to be an exceptional deal. Before we even had the opportunity to walk the property, he connected us with a General Contractor who provided a renovation estimate. He also reached out to a third-party vendor to get a quote for additional foundation work.
