I found a great new place, cash buyers could have purchased it, but Anthony jumped into action to get my condo sold quickly. Negotiated the options well, and cared for all people who were involved in submitting offers. When the funding for the selected buyer failed, going back to the buyer pool was easy because Anthony exercised such great customer service. He literally found a replacement for that failed buyer when I was on my way in to discuss this with him. By the time I showed up, he was already drawing up paperwork for the new buyers. Balancing both the purchase and the sale was tricky and Anthony pulled through and made it happen. He advised me well on the offers and also provided a resource for inspections that revealed many issues in the new construction home. Great job Anthony! Thank you so much.

Anthony is professional, and on top of it. He makes both the buying and selling process much less stressful. He acts like a real person and treats you like one as well. Full of humor, kindness, and an in-depth knowledge of his industry you can’t get a better agent.
