Tony was an absolutely amazing agent from day 1. He helped us to purchase 2 investment properties. Our first one he did a great job at negotiating the overpriced unit to a more fair market value price. On the 2nd unit, we were nervous we wouldnt be able to get a 2nd one in the building, but Tony saw that it popped up as soon as the listing went active, called us, and we had a verbal offer accepted within the hour. I found a condo I was interested in on the internet. I called Anthony and told him I wanted to see it. He made arrangements for me to see it that same day, within a couple hours. When I told him we wanted to purchase the condo he sent us the application right away, we completed it and he submitted to the other realtor that same day. He was there for the inspection. He successfully negotiated the price with the seller through his agent. He was there every step of the way and made sure everything was done within the required time frames. We were able to close on the date I had selected and he was present at the closing to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. We have used Anthony’s services numerous times in the past 15 years and they have all closed as smoothly as this past one.
